The Southwest Virginia EMS Council staff is here to assist you with any issue related to emergency medical services, including testing, training, CISM, lending library, and regional EMS planning and coordination.  The office staff works closely with the Virginia Department of Health Office of Emergency Medical Services program representatives who handle all regulatory and enforcement matters (such as EMS agency or vehicle licensing, certification, and investigations) and can answer all questions about the EMS Rules and Regulations.  Please use the email links provided for assistance.
